Your hosting account will come with three e-mail addresses that we will setup for you. We will provide you with the account information and also instructions for setting up your email using an e-mail client such as Outlook or Thunderbird.
To check your e-mail using the web based client simply open up the link in your browser. http://<domain.com>/webmail. Replace domain.com with your domain name that is hosted on the server. You will login using your username and password. you will have the access to the following options.
- Change your password
- Check e-mail, send and organize messages
- Choose between HORDE, SQUIRREL MAIL and ROUND CUBE MAIL.
Note: Please visit the application's website for more information on how to use the product if you are unfamiliar with it's features.
- Manage your contact lists.
To check your e-mail using Outlook or Thunderbird please set up your account with the following settings.
- E-mail Address
- Username or Login = <name+domain.com>
- Mail Server
- Outgoing = mail.domain.com
- SMTP = mail.domain.com
- Password
- SMTP requires authentication
- Outgoing port may need to be changed to 26 depending on your ISP.
